I cancelled my subscription in 11/2010 and the company sent me another shipment and billed my credit in December.Then I called and they would not refund my money until I return the shipment.They stated that they would send me a return label and that could take 5 to 10 days. So I returned it on my own and I called to verify the return shipment and all I get is a recorded message.
I will be contacting the radio station where I first heard the ad and let them know who they are endorsing. Oh yeah, I forgot to inform you that they also sent me the wrong shipment.

THEY ADVERTISE PAY SHIPPING ONLY. THE PRODUCT ON A TRIAL BASIS IS FREE THEN YOU GET $36.94 CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT WAS ISSUED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING NOT PRODUCT.
I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE SAID YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ALONG WITH THEIR LOUSY PRODUCT. I HOPE ENOUGH PEOPLE COMPLAIN AND MAYBE SOMETHING WILL BE DONE.
I worked for this company for 7 months out or sheer desperation. Being that their are no jobs out there.
The company is awful. The " managers" are college punk kids who have no intelligence or respect what so ever.
The top manager " mike Penn" is a slimy ***. Do not lose another cent of your money to these fools
the same thing happened to me. i asked for one and they sent me 3...$150 down the drain!!!
if asking for a cancellation, the customer service department will purposely push your next shipment back 12 months from the date, instead of cancelling it out, so in a year when u get a shipment, you either:
a) try to get through to customer service but find it so hard you just give up and call your credit card company
b) if you finally do get through to customer service, they say that when you called up 12 months ago you "agreed" to have the next shipment pushed back for another 12 months. then they will try and haggle with you to keep the package that 99% of you don't even want.
c) use the supplement that most likely is a placebo and has no health benefits whatsoever
the customer service department is trained to manipulate, ignore, even dismiss any customer inquiries so they can maximize profits for the company.
